He completed certification training for court mediators, School of Addiction Prevention in Warsaw, Child Protection: Children's Rights in Theory and Practice (Center for Health and Human Rights, Harvard University), as well as organized by Georgetown University, course "Introduction to Bioethics", For eight years he was the Ombudsman for the Patient Rights of the Psychiatric Hospital, he was also the Director of the Bioethics Center of the Ordo Iuris Institute, a member of the Team for the Protection of Family Autonomy and Family Life at the Ministry of Justice and the editor-in-chief of the Department of Bioethics of the biotechnologia.pl portal. Currently, he works as an adjunct at the Medical Law Department of the Medical University of Lodz, he is also the chairman of the Team at the Patient Ombudsman for developing standards of conduct in medical therapies used during the end of life and a member of the Council of Young Experts also at the Patient Rights Ombudsman. Dr hab. is the author of nearly two hundred peer-reviewed scientific articles on the subject of medical law, sociology of law, bioethics and social psychiatry.
