Attorney-at-law. Vice-President of the Board of Ordo Iuris Institute for Legal Culture. Associate partner at Parchimowicz i Kwaśniewski Spółka Adwokacka law firm. As a practicing lawyer he specializes in civil and legal proceedings, with a special focus on commercial cases, the protection of personal rights and civil rights and liberties. Professionally, he is interested in the protection of individuals and citizens’ initiatives (economic and social) against discretionary interventions of the State apparatus which violate their constitutional rights and freedoms. He cooperates with national and international third sector organizations (NGOs) as an expert in the area of human rights, civic rights and liberties, and as an advisor of non-governmental organization which are involved in the legislative process.
In 2014 he was appointed by the Minister of Justice as member of the Council for the Strategy of Modernization of the Area of Freedom in Poland. Since 2015 he has been member of the Team for the Protection of the Autonomy of the Family and the Family Life. Since 2016 he has been part of the Working Group on Counteracting Domestic Violence at the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy. In 2016 he acted as the deputy proxy of the Committee of the “Stop Abortion” Legislative Initiative.
