· The European Court of Human Rights receives complaints trying to abolish the ruling of the Polish Constitutional Tribunal of 22 October last year and undermine the ban on eugenic abortion in Poland.

· On 11 November, the European Parliament adopted a resolution exceeding its competences and violating the good name of Poland.

· The United Nations published a report on the implementation by its members of postulates of a policy based on the gender perspective in the legal and social sphere.

At the begining of October, the composition of the Ordo Iuris Management Board changed, in line with the program presented by the President of the Management Board and the Chairman of the Foundation Council, Jerzy Kwaśniewski. The Management Board is joined by experienced members of the Institute's team, previously cooperating with the Management Board as part of the Management Team: Monika Leszczyńska, attorney-at-law. Magdalena Majkowska, attorney-at-law Rafał Dorosiński and Łukasz Bernaciński.

• Non-governmental organizations have created the Alliance for the Common Good headquartered in Warsaw and Budapest. The members of the Alliance signed the founding document today in the Hungarian capital.
• At a press conference, the founding Hungarian and Polish institutes were accompanied by the Italian, Czech and Slovakian partners who joined the Alliance.

· Poland complies with the decision of the European Court of Human Rights to implement interim measures. Poland has prepared assistance in kind for foreigners in the territory of Belarus near the border with Poland and for a long time has been making efforts to deliver it to foreigners by legal means, which, however, has been prevented by Belarus.
