Doctor of legal sciences, assistant professor at the Department of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Lazarski University in Warsaw, coordinator of the Center for Legislative Studies of the Ordo Iuris Institute of Legal Culture. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Doctoral dissertation titled "The influence of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland of April 2, 1997 on the system of sources of law on religion" he defended with honors at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in November 2016. In 2010-2014 he was an assistant at the Constitutional Law and Research Institute of the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Author of several dozen scientific publications, mainly in the field of constitutional law and law on religion.
