Doctor of legal sciences, assistant professor at the Department of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Lazarski University in Warsaw, Director of the Center for Legislative Studies of the Ordo Iuris Institute for Legal Culture. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Doctoral dissertation titled "The Influence of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland of April 2, 1997, on the System of Sources of Law on Religion," which he defended with honors at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in November 2016. In 2010-2014, he was an assistant at the Department of Constitutional Law and European Research of the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Author of several dozen academic publications, mainly in the field of constitutional law and law on religion.
