The European Center for Law and Justice (ECLJ) is an international non-governmental organization dedicated to the promotion and protection of human rights in Europe and in the world. The ECLJ has had special consultative status with the UN/ECOSOC since 2007. The ECLJ deals with legal, legislative and cultural problems by conducting an effective lobbying, education and process strategy. The ECLJ is the spokesperson for the protection of religious freedom and human dignity before the European Court of Human Rights and other institutions provided by the UN, the Council of Europe, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and others. The ECLJ bases its activity on "spiritual and moral values ​​that are a common heritage of Europeans and constitute a true source of personal freedom, political freedom and the rule of law - principles that form the basis of every true democracy" (preamble of the Statute of the Council of Europe).
