Procedural rule of law in the European Parliament
The analysis of voting in the European Parliament consists in the fact that they are contrary to the regulations of modern parliamentarism and legal agreements. There are situations such as results determined on the basis of "optical analysis" or imposing the pace of voting hindering the work of translators. At the initiative of MEP Dobromir Sośnierz, the Cegielski Analysis Center, with the participation of experts from the Ordo Iuris Institute, prepared a report on that topic.
