On October 23, Warsaw’s Public Information Bulletin finally published a notice of acceptance for the Nov. 11 Independence March.

• On October 14, Warsaw Mayor Rafał Trzaskowski decided to ban the Independence March and five other gatherings requested by the Independence March Association for October and November.

• On the order of the prosecutor's office, police drilled out a lock and forcibly entered the headquarters of the Independence March Association and seized documents and computer equipment belonging to the association, as well as other organizations located on the premises.

The District Court for Warsaw – Śródmieście decided to apply for the European Parliament for the waiver of the immunity for Guy Verhofstadt.

The European Parliament is going to consider the issue of waiving Guy Verhofstadt's immunity in connection with criminal proceedings initiated by Dr. Bawer Aondo-Akaa before the District Court in Warsaw.
