Ordo Iuris points out that the Commission on the Status of Women, which is a UN body, under the guise of "strengthening women" intends to promote the ideological "gender struggle" and abortive killing of unborn children. At the same time, it marginalises mothers who devote themselves to bringing up their children.

Ordo Iuris presents to the UN its position on the defense of life

On 6 October this year, Ordo Iuris Institute, joined by 17 pro-life organizations from Canada and Poland, submitted to the UN Human Rights Committee its position on the draft General Comment to Article 6 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

Ordo Iuris to the UN: instead of safeguarding, abortion destroys life!

The UN Human Rights Committee intends to rely on international safeguards of the right to life to establish a “pseudo-right” to abortion and euthanasia. In its new draft General Comment to Article 6 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the Committee divests the youngest children of legal protection and forces States to legalize euthanasia. Ordo Iuris Institute has launched the petition to exhort citizens to protect human dignity against the actions by left-wing activists who have colonized UN structures.

Ordo Iuris at the OSCE conference on hate crimes against Christians and defenders of life

At the annual conference of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, the Ordo Iuris Institute organized a panel on the issue of hate crime and hate speech. Ordo Iuris experts pointed out that attacks against Christians and defenders of life are often ignored or downplayed in discussions on the subject.

Ordo Iuris has been granted consultative status with the UN

The UN Economic and Social Council has granted special consultative status to Ordo Iuris. It allows the Institute to undertake a series of activities at the UN forum, including consultation, direct involvement in the work of the Council, and also verification of its activities and implemented solutions.
