The Ordo Iuris Institute is an independent research and litigation center that shapes the social debate as a defender of life, family, freedom, and Poland’s Christian heritage. By providing legal professionalism, scholarly activities, education, and precedent-setting litigation intervention, we strengthen both national and international guarantees of fundamental rights and freedoms.

In the past decade, gender ideology has become a polarizing global issue, challenging established scientific, moral, and cultural truths. This ideology, which promotes the idea that gender identity can differ from one's biological sex, has spread into various spheres of society, including education, medicine, politics, and everyday life.

Mysterious links, the Kremlin, Catholic fundamentalism – Polish pro-abortion activist Klementyna Suchanow continues her crusade against her country’s main pro-family, anti-abortion lawyers’ organization, the Ordo Iuris Institute.

· The Court of Justice of the European Union issued a ruling on the resolution of the European Parliament of 11 November 2021.

· The Ordo Iuris Institute (Instituto para la Cultura Jurídica Ordo Iuris) officially launched its activities in Spain with a conference at the headquarters of the Superior Council of the Spanish Bar in Madrid.

· The Ordo Iuris Institute started operating in Spain.

· The first initiative of the Institute in this country is a petition to the authorities of the Kingdom with an appeal to observe the neutrality of public institutions required by law and to refrain from displaying ideological symbols in offices.

· It is Ordo Iuris' third overseas branch. The previous ones were created in Croatia and Ukraine.
