The Court of Appeals in Warsaw dismissed the application for the release of three siblings to Germany. Earlier, by order of the court of first instance, five children and their mother were to be separated. Thanks to the intervention of lawyers from the Ordo Iuris Institute, the family can stay together. It is believed that one of the girls was sexually abused by her grandfather on her father’s side in Germany.

Today’s judgement of the Polish Constitutional Court, which states that the so-called ‘eugenic premise’ for the admissibility of abortion is incompatible with the Polish Constitution, is a real improvement in the standard of life protection in Poland and equates the rights of healthy and disabled children.
Another initiative has been organised in Europe with the view to globally force the concept of “reproductive and sexual rights”. In addition to radical organisations, including the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), 15 European countries got involved in the Countdown 2030 Europe project. The aim of the initiative is to enhance access to abortion and vulgar sexual education. Although this initiative was not created by all the EU Member States, the Commissioner for Equality, Helena Dalli, has recently declared her support of the initiative.

The 75th United Nations General Assembly once again provides an opportunity to force radical proposals directed against the current order of international law. The International Committee on Legal Affairs has produced a report proposing a new Treaty on the prosecution of crimes against humanity. Apart from the unquestionable demands, the proposal rejects the UN-established neutral definition of gender as male and female gender in the social context.
