She laughed at the Bible. Poland will pay her 10,000 euros?

The European Court of Human Rights found that the conviction of Dorota "Doda" Rabczewska for contempting the Bible was… a violation of human rights. It is about the singer's provocative words, according to which the Scriptures "wrote down someone smeared with wine and smoking some herbs". The ECtHR will decide whether the courts should co-decide who can teach religion at school

· Soon the European Court of Human Rights will decide whether state courts are allowed to challenge the decision of the Church or other religious association to withdraw the mission of a catechist to teach religion at school.
