People experiencing domestic violence do not always receive adequate support from the institutions which have been established for that very purpose.

The Regional Court in Zielona Góra refused to extradite the Norwegian woman who fled to Poland with her three children, having suffered violence at the hands of the children’s father. This was the second attempt by the Kingdom of Norway to bring the mother back to the country. Norwegian authorities had sent a European Arrest Warrant for her, but later withdrew it.

The Regional Court in Warsaw confirmed that Martin den Hertog, a Dutch boy with autism, will be allowed to remain with his parents in Poland. The child was separated from the married couple in the Netherlands when he started displaying symptoms of a developmental disorder. The family fled to Poland, where it applied for asylum and legal protection.

It is often the case that the exercise of women’s rights is hindered by the ideological approach to their very concept. The gender perspective often leads to misrepresentations which are primarily rooted in the perception of gender merely as a social construct, detached from its biological dimension. The 2nd Conference on Defending Women’s Rights, which featured female representatives from the spheres of science, politics, and social studies from across several countries, was devoted to precisely these issues.

The Ordo Iuris Institute launches a programme in defence of the good name of Poland. In response to repeated historical lies and accusations made against Poland by LGBT political activists, politicians and foreign media claiming that Poland violates international commitments, the Institute has issued a report on the social and legal situation of individuals with homosexual inclinations or gender identity disorders and a plan of specific legal actions.

Left-wing MEPs, including Sylwia Spurek and Robert Biedroń, want to block the work in the EU Economic and Social Committee of Poland's representative, Tymoteusz Zych PhD. In a letter to the committee's authorities, they accuse him of having conservative views and collaborating with the human rights think tank - Ordo Iuris Institute, whose activities they falsely describe.
