The District Court for Warsaw – Śródmieście decided to apply for the European Parliament for the waiver of the immunity for Guy Verhofstadt.

The European Parliament has accepted the new composition of the European Commission. For the first time in its history, the European Commission will be chaired by a woman – German Ursula von der Leyen, known for supporting the gender ideology and the Istanbul Convention.

The case of employees of the Norway's government office for children – Barnevernet, who took away a Polish child without any legal basis, should be re-examined by the court. Such a decision was issued by the District Court in Tarnów.

1. Historical context.

The Polish MEPs, members of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), continue to regularly miss important votes concerning fundamental issues. Most of the MEPS from Poland were absent during the votes on resolutions on, inter alia, promotion of gender ideology or combating ‘hate speech’ against LGBT ideologists. The latest data collected by the Ordo Iuris Institute indicate that most of the controversial resolutions of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe continue to be adopted in the absence of the Polish MEPs. 

In 1916, an American feminist, Margaret Sanger, opened the first clinic in the United States of America, where women were advised on the use of contraceptives. It was also a place where dangerous procedures were performed to kill unborn children. Sanger was accused of using illegal and deadly practices, convicted and sentenced to 30 days in prison. However, it did not discourage her from continuing her activities.
