The Regional Court in Warsaw confirmed that Martin den Hertog, a Dutch boy with autism, will be allowed to remain with his parents in Poland. The child was separated from the married couple in the Netherlands when he started displaying symptoms of a developmental disorder. The family fled to Poland, where it applied for asylum and legal protection.

It is often the case that the exercise of women’s rights is hindered by the ideological approach to their very concept. The gender perspective often leads to misrepresentations which are primarily rooted in the perception of gender merely as a social construct, detached from its biological dimension. The 2nd Conference on Defending Women’s Rights, which featured female representatives from the spheres of science, politics, and social studies from across several countries, was devoted to precisely these issues.

The European Commission does not cease in its attempts at incorporating gender ideology into Union law. In case the plan of concluding the controversial Istanbul Convention fails, it has announced actions aimed at adopting a new binding law based on the same gender premises as the Convention.

The European Court of Human Rights found that Norway again violated parental rights. The case involved a woman whose daughter was taken away due to, among others, partly misdiagnosed mental issues.

The Istanbul Convention is a document of a radically ideological nature, which introduces the concept of gender into Polish law through the back door.

The European Commission is trying to introduce solutions which has no source in the applicable national and international law and which are dangerous to economic freedom and freedom of speech.
